Hmmm another cycling question

Have a custome made tank coming first week of January

I have a bunch of dry rock baking in the tub with a couple live rock from another tank

I used dr tims one and only and currently have a fish in there to keep the ammonia going

When I transfer rock to new tank should I expect another cycle? Or should it be ready to go?

if the rock is out of water for too long expect some die off and a mini cycle.. regardless i would still cycle the larger tank or at least wait a week and see how the parameters are just to be safe...
