Hmmm good or bad? Help?

These little buggers appeared when I changed one 20* gallon to another. Only difference is a live rock and sand so what is this hitchhiker and is it good or bad..?

Not sure of the exact species but I would be happy if that worm and some of his friends were in my tank.
