a 1 inch bulkhead is 1 1/2” outer diameter and the slip inner diameter is 1” for a pvc pipe. That is why i recommended a 1” slip to barb fitting.

From this picture it looks like you went over the threaded part of the bulkhead with 1 1/2” flexible pvc. That is wrong that is why your leaking. Your suppose to use a 1” pipe and glue it to the inner part of the bulkhead

yea. Man I wish I would have asked for help before I ran into problems. Lol. Thank you, going to try and reset it up this weekend
