anyone have experience with these? Will it keep my pod population high enough for my mandarin?

What size tank are you looking to put one on?

It's a 75 gallon

Would need to know the size of the refugium and the size of the tank but generically speaking I dont think it would be large enough to sustain a mandarin but without knowing how large it is there is no real way of knowing

It is a finnex hob fuge, roughly 1 gallon

no thats not big enough. A mandarin eats a ton of pods everyday he would eat that entire refugium of pods
