So my eshopps psk75h hob skimmer overflowed.
Apparently this happens to a lot of people with this unit, when they arent looking (of course)!
I had to move it because of a new t5 fixture from the left to the right of my tank, so I restarted the siphon etc and it was working fine. I watched it for about an hour, making sure the sweet spot was on point and everything was fine with levels etc. I went upstairs and about 2 hours later heard my filter water dropping nice and loud into the tank so I ran downstairs and there was about 4 gallons of water missing from the tank, and now on my carpet (yay carpet).
After using the carpet cleaner to suck up the water and finally getting the carpet dry, the tanks back against the wall.

Now im scared to put the skimmer back in because I dont want it to overflow again. Ive got it skimming in a bucket for now with some extra water I had.. im waiting for it to do something weird.

Anyone have any ideas why this would randomly overflow?
