I currently am running a 10 gallon nano with an AC70, a single fluval powerhead, and a green machine uv (I forget what size). are there any UV sterilizers that are hob or have an intake and output line to put in the tank (think similar to how a canister filter works)? I like running the UV but for obvious reasons, space is quite limited in the 10 gallon.

Yes you can hook up a canister filter and run a UV through it. Aqua advantage has a barbed option for this. And its what i have.

But im also running two GM UV in two different tanks. One in a fluval 13.5 and the other in a 20gal long.

In the Fluval its in chamber 1 dumping into chamber two. It works great. In the 20 long i have it in the tank right in front of the grates going into the AIO.

In this hobby you just make things work.

But for a 10 gal its a bit overkill
