Hobby VS Industrial grade heaters

BRS 300 watt titanium heater = 50 bucks

VS industrial varipower 300 watt heater = almost 1000 dollars

I am gonna get the BRS but what is the real difference here, I am sure there is one but are they soooo much more reliable? What is that additional 950 bucks getting you!?

Just wanted to add, there are 3 versions, I am referring to the titanium for comparison purposes.
