hoeven's wrasse acting odd...

My hoeven's wrasse recently started laying on the sand most of the day but as soon as you put food in she is swimming all over the tank. My question is, is there anything I should be worried about? The tank parameters are in check.

Far from normal behavior. Keep an eye on him/her; if there's no improvement in the next couple days you may want to consider a hospital tank. Problem is, you'd have to treat with a variety of things since you don't know what you might be dealing with.

I'd let it ride for now, and hope things improve.
