Hello all

I am getting a bunch of snails next week. A mix of turbo/cerith/astera/nassarius and margaritas. Total about 400 or so.

I want to keep them in a 75 gallon tank by themselves. Does anyone see any issues with mixing these snails and keeping them for 3 - 4 weeks in the 75 gallon before moving them to DT?

Just that they have enough to eat. Each snail requires a different food.

Thanks, but that is not my question. I just want to make sure if keeping 5 different type of snails together in a tank is OK or will they try and kill each other.

Also the chart above says that turbos can flip themselves, which is incorrect.

They should be fine by themselves as long as they have enough food. May I ask what size tank 400 snails are going onto?

Thanks that is what I am thinking as well. Leave a sheet of nori or 2 for them to much on. These will be going in a 600G tank.

They will be fine. They will not kill each other. Nori, algae wafers, and meat for the nassarius should keep them alive.
