Can anyone please give me some insight on this hole that's developed on the rim of my Lobo?
I just noticed it today. In the morning it looked like just a small depression but this evening it has developed into a hole. All of my other corals are fine, all water parameters fine, just did a 30 gal water change(170 gal total system volume). I did upgrade to ecotech radions but I have it on the acclimation setting, currently reaching only 45% intensity at its highest. I've also noticed a small cyano outbreak which I don't understand the cause...tried to fix the cyano with the water change but it came right back the next day. I've never had a cyano outbreak, ever. I've got tons of flow in the tank(about 5500-6000gph in the 90 gal display that this is all happening in), and only 9 fish. Oh and I just started running GFO and SeaChem's "De-Nitrate", because Phos and No3 were a bit high but now under control.
So please, if anyone has any experience or info on either of these things, thoughts and advice will be greatly appreciated. TIA
