Looks like HLLE to me.

Increase quality foods to improve his diet, improve water conditions, and if you regularly run carbon check to make sure it's not tumbling and creating carbon dust in the tank.

He gets nori 3x a week and LRS reef frenzy every other day. What do you suggest I add?

Going to buy another bottle of selcon.
I do run carbon but it does not tumble. Water is good.

HLLE is typically due to poor diet and water conditions. Sounds like you are feeding well. If HLLE, then it has to be something with the water conditions. Keep an eye on him and see if the sores worsen or change coloration/eating patterns... just in case it's not HLLE. It usually takes awhile to clear up.

When you say water conditions what type of water conditions are bad. All my corals are doing great.
Nitrates between 3-5 salinity 1.025 pho’s .14 dKh 8.5

Nitrites ammonia 0

Wow... that's quick, then! It could be injuries, but that sure looks like HLLE disease.

My yellow wrasse (and his friend) went missing awhile back and i wonder if that stresses him out

Yes, that is HLLE (presuming that it developed slowly, over weeks to months). As said, there isn't much you can do to stop/reverse this. About 80% of the cases where reversal was seen, it involved moving the fish to a new tank.

Didn’t develop slowly just came out of no where. Wasn’t there and then was there. A few weeks ago it just appeared
