Holes in Leather and Angry GSP?

These guys were happy last week. Should i blame this on Peppermint shrimp or a different source? The rest of the tank is thriving and no recent swings.
80gal system
salinity 33ppt
PO4 0.01
No3 1-3
Alk 7.3
CA2 420

Something in the water is probably bothering the gsp or it just got stepped on. They are annoyed by change but come back quickly.
The leather just looks like a retracted polyp in that area.

Thanks for the input. I have a theory that my goni is homocidal (it killed a nice looking Milipora as soon as it entered the tank). I will run some carbon and see if it recovers. Thanks again.

First 12hr with new activated carbon and doing much better. Thanks again.
