Holes in tank ??

I have a 90 gallon tank and I removed corner overflows to get more room in the tank I will replace with E shops eclipse M but now how do I fill or cover the holes on the bottom do I silicone glass over holes inside or do I plug the bulkheads?

Either will work. If it were me, I'd silicone thick plate glass over them. Just make sure you do good prep work on the glass and it should work well
