I have one that’s about 3 inches and it has easily 6” sweepers. You can place corals closer if your flow is predictable enough that you know the sweepers will always go in a certain direction, but if your flow is random or waves back and forth, I’d give it at least 6” in every direction.how about for a smaller 5 incher?
Can’t see the video, but their sweepers are really long and thin, like little angel hair pastas (but even thinner), and whitish-clear.Are these the sweeper tentacles. If so should I be scared of them fighting with euphullia
Yes. Those are the tentacles. Mine really doesn't bother anything. But if your euphillia is closing up or refusing to grow then it might beAre these the sweeper tentacles. If so should I be scared of them fighting with euphullia
I don't believe the sweepers are directly proportional to size. If I snapped mine in half, The sweepers will probably be the same length on each one although it's half the size now.hmm ok. Whats the AVERAGE length for a 5 inch frag? Not a dinner plate? 3 inches? 6 Inches?
This is correct I have a larger then dinner plate size stunner and a baseball size stunner and both have same size sweepers about 5-7 inches long sometimes as thick as someone hair on the headI don't believe the sweepers are directly proportional to size. If I snapped mine in half, The sweepers will probably be the same length on each one although it's half the size now.
