Holy Baby Barnacles, Batman!

I’ve noticed these little guys through my saltwater aquarium lately…

I’m unsure exactly when they showed up, but they’re on the plastic of the “sump”, a few on the glass, and on the live rock.
Here is a closeup:

I’ve been assuming lipids, but thought I’d throw it out to you fine fish folk!
