Just looked in tank and see rhis huge slug on my over flow box. Some one tell me what this is ?? Its 830 pm and first time i ever seen it in my tank

Ok i was having a heart attack right now !! Weird dont seem to have a shell , looks kinda cool

Looks to me like a Sea Hare, does it have a shell? Based on the little lump in the middle it could also be a Bubble Snail of some sort.

I just poked it lol no shell, sea hares are good from what i have read

As long as you have plenty of algae to keep it fed. They will clean a small tank out quick.

Maybe it was hiding in some Live Rock you had? Sea Hares and common nudibranch are often hitchhikers on live rock.

Yeah that has to be it, but i havent added rock in years and thr last 3 frags i put in were dipped and checked . Weird but im glad he is here , and i do have a bit of an algea issue

No, they will mostly only consume Bryopsis and Hair Algae.
