If someone wants to pay that much for a coral and can do it, so be it lol. More than likely this is being driven up by the people putting the coral up. Or someone reallllllyyyyyyy wants that torch lol.

I'm sorry but visually it doesn't stimulate me to spend that much.. I'm just saying...

I do agree that some people may be a little "off", but heck, if I could sell something for a huge overpriced amount, I wouldn't turn it down lol.

"next up for auction, 20 polyps of brown palys." "Sold to the guy with tons of money for $250." I wouldn't complain.

Yes we are crazy.

As long as we keep paying these prices, people will keep requesting unbelievable prices.

Is it too much to hope that the seller's name is Zoot?

LOL, Me too when Jaw Breakers came out @ 149.95 and I went no way
and look at the price now! Good For Mr. Poletti!

Just wait for the borders to open back up, im shocked they are still going for this price

Lol Thats how you drive prices up in this hobby, the current coral in this auction is about 1200$ to 1600$ Once this auction is finished they will advertise someone paid 10.000$ for it and setting a new market price. Old school trick but effective for most new hobbyists
