Home made fish food

Hi has anyone ever used herring mix into there food ? I always hear of salmon or like perch “

That's a good idea, but I think I would want to cook them first. I'm afraid of raw fish, but I do feed my tank whole fresh clams (and "fresh frozen"/ thawed) from the ocean. i just collected a bunch from the beach earlier today.
