Hi guys,

i've been making fish food for a few months now, adding to my knowledge as i go a long thanks to the forum. I need some guidance regarding falvouring and vitamins.
I have a few things at my disposal to add to it. My concern is am i over doing it, am i doing it correctly, and whats the point?
The additives/flavours i have are:
Brightwell Vitamarim-M
Brightwell Vitamarim -C
Garlic liquid
3x Gamma Nutra spray: colour boost, vitality boost, and feeding boost

After i make my food i get a weeks worth out and put it into 3 containers.
Container 1, i add BV-M & C
Container 2, Garlic
Container 3, all 3 sprays
Container 4 is pre bought frozen from LFS ie, blood worms, mysis etc

I feed from all containers throughout the day.
I read alot on here and watch videos and it seems everyone makes a batch of food and freeze it with everything they want it in, then use it acordingly.

My issue is this:
I assume i don't need all the flavouring, i don't mix them hence the seperate containers, my though behind it was maybe not all the fish like all the flavours, so i give them a choice lol.
Does Brightwell vitemans use flavouring in them, if so is there a need to suppliment it with added flavours or is adding say garlic advised?
Why do we add vitemans when surely the food itself have all the vitemans the fish need?

i'm tryng to simplyfy my food making process, but still want whats need to have healthy vibrant fish and corals. i struggle with knowing how much additives to add.

BRStv had a good food prep video but is only 1 part, still waiting for part 2.
Any suggestions would be great

I make my own food without additives. I have added additives in the past but I feel that if you have high quality food, the fish and corals get everything they need. Clams and oyster eggs are very nutritious. Clams are great because they are whole food because they contain organs within the meat. I also mix up my feedings with live foods as well. Also, when I cook fresh seafood at home, I give a little to my fish whether it be mussels, shrimp, fish, or whatever else I’m eating. Fish aren’t picky.

I supplement my tank with phyto and zooplankton weekly. I introduce these with my fish food as well. So everything gets a little bit of something.
