Homemade Fish Food -mmm, mmm good!

i didn't place this in the fish forum, because it also pertains to corals

who has a homemade fish & coral food recipe? looking for as many as i can get, just to see the variations, and see how i want to formulate mine.

if you could, list what you put in, how much it makes, and approximately how much you spend to make a batch.

AND, if you feel wordy and you feel like typing, why you put what you put into it.

Hopefully we'll get a bunch of recipes we can compare and discuss!

This is the best one I have found...never made it, but would love to. I just couldn't find enough people to make it with, I would have waay too much to store! I priced out the entire list of ingredients and it was just under $300. I know it will make a lot, but not sure how much???

No real set recipe, I just used what I could find.
Raw and fresh unless noted:

6 large oysters
6 cooked mussels
a half pound of fresh shrimp
a dozen live goldfish
a 4oz flat of bloodworms
4oz mysis
4oz brine
Whole seaweed (store bought Laver, some caulurpa and some plants from frshwater)
a whole bulb of garlic
Various pellet food laying around
4000mg vit. c
Marine snow and Dt's to water it down.
