wow that is really nice. I dont think I have ever seen the dark blue polyps on the growth edge like that before, I love it.

Oh man it’s incredible, the photos don’t do it justice! It’s electric.

Thought I had posted here, guess not. Here's some pictures of my tiny frag that I bought from jason a couple weeks ago. This is under a 14-20k(ish) setting using T5, royal blue LED and Kessils.

Would you mind letting me know what kind of tiles you’re using there and where you get them?

Thanks!

Here's a top down shot of my HW under 10-12k lighting (T5: 1x ABS, 3xC+)

Here it is under 18k lighting for comparison:

This is under radion 100% on everything, so not really 10k but full spectrum

Why do they call it a Home Wrecker? Because if your wife sees how much you paid, you're are sleeping in the garage?
Thats definitely the reason. Now a days you can find them much more reasonably priced (still expensive) then they were a year or so ago.

We call it HW in this house. Didn't really sound to positive with my kids and wife saying hows the homewrecker doing.

Well hey, if your household gets split up with homewrecker in your tank, at least you can point at your frag and maybe catch a quick laugh for a moment.

Just don't want the bad vibes of calling something homewrecker in my house. If you have to sneak it from the wife, no good. Pick a new hobby she agrees with.

And honestly after seeing jason in person at last farmers market. I'd probably try to find pieces elsewhere. Nice corals, not sure if the guy was mad. But I wonder how he got so famous? Probably his wife has a lot to do with it.

I was all happy he was going to be at the show. He was the most dead non responsive person there. I am a big spender that dresses in blue collar work clothes (laced up in dirty carhartt and work boots). He took 1 look and judged like most. I asked a few questions got mumbles I couldn't hear. Most people in this area are looking for 20 15.00 frags. I'm looking for gems. Usually show up with 2-5k and ready. But I'm really stubborn. If I found a gem at his table, I would of passed it on by. I don't give money to people that don't want it or deserve it.

The piece was as pretty in person almost. They do sparkle a bit more in the pictures a bit.

But I haven't see anyone shop like Tony at reefraft. Pretty sure he is the originator of the high prices and photo shopping.

I met him at macna in New Orleans and while he wasn't the most vibrant, outgoing person I have ever met you have to consider how many people he meets in a given month. no question it would give a warmer feeling if he was as outgoing as some of the youtube reefers seem but the fact remains, the coral he has brought to the hobby more than make up for his lack of enthusiasm.

I'm not saying this to be a jerk... but I get the impression that jason has a social interaction issue. He was nice enough the times that I have interacted with him, but it seems like he gets overwhelmed by a bunch of people surrounding him, which I totally get.

Good way to look at it.
I get this too. It's the reason I wont take highways. To many people=to much anxiety. I saw one of his videos. Looks like he lives in the cuts away from it all. (Dreamy)

Either way. He might want to take a sidekick to the shows. Someone that will up hold the name he has already created. Or not. I can have any opinion I want. At the end of the day, he has a system, and seems to be working for him. Which in it's own way is kinda awesome. Total introvert, is one the most known names in the hobbie.

Oh yeah. The OP has some of the most beautiful gems at great prices. Just real time photos from a dedicated hobbyist. Good job Peng!!!
