Honeycomb Leptastrea concern

ON the farright of this guy,there looks like some tissue loss. It arrived like this and hasn't progressed in about a week. Is this something I should be concerned about? The white spots on the other polyps are no longer there. Sorry about the dark pic. Advice is appreciated
 
The white were messentrial filaments. Corals use them to feed and for defense.
I would keep an eye on that spot could be a gall crab or some other pest bothering it.

Do think it is worth dipping again? Or should I just keep an eye on it and only dip if it gets worse?
