Anyone have experience removing a Max250 hood or replacing old parts?
Fans and couple of the bulbs need replacing Not sure if I should replace the two top fans and 1 fan on the back of the hood OR take the top off altogether? which would help reduce heat and eliminate need for chiller, open water visual and would add Kessils or other modern light?
