Hooking up return pump help

hello,

I finally got my 120g! I have a Marineland tank with overflow. I have the over flow plumbing all set, my eshopp r-200 comes with a hose. I’m going to prime and cement it into the overflow line “it fits perfect “ then it will run right into my sump. Is there a better way?

I need help with the return plumbing. I just don’t get it lol

How do I plum this to my Marineland return line? I would like flex tubing for easy removal and install . What connectors do I need? Is there somewhere I can find this out?

This is my return over flow line connected to the tank.

I'd put a threaded union on it to a slip.. That way you can glue the pvc to the union, and still take it off if the pump goes out.. That's how I did mine.
