Hello everyone,

The wrasse I have for 6years + have both eyes white and cloudy. At this point, I don't think he can see because he doesn't respond to food and if I put my hand near him he doesn't move. This fish would have normally run away and moved aggressively towards food. Any idea what to do? It was hiding for a week now he appears laying sideways on the sand sometimes.

Any new additions to the tank?

new additions was corals. I read the thread, bummer, I had my wrasse for 6 years plus i had gotten it big.

That’s probably it and too bad :(

Yep, wrasses have some of the shortest lifespans... it’s just getting close to it’s time :( He’s beautiful though, kudos for giving him a long, healthy life!

thanks guys, well he is still kicking buried under the sand, pop up his head then go back. Checked for him at his spot where I left him, he is nowhere to be found, I guess hiding somewhere.
