Hope my fish is ok

My fish usually hides in his cave but last week he has been really active I have noticed some weird markings/growth on him hope he is ok

To me it looks like salt/sugar some parts and looks like a small hole

Can you clean your glass. Its very challenging to determine what is on the fish and what is on the glass. White lights only if possible.

A salt/sugar look sounds more like ich/velvet.

Its viral and as long as you provide a clean tank environment and good healthy diet. Add selcon vitamins and garlic extract to the foods to boost immune system and overall health.
API General cure will help in form of formalin baths.

I really do not think this is Lymphocystis. The fish looks to be a long term captive, and Lymphocystis almost always affects newly imported fish. The lesions aren't on the trailing edges of the fins like Lymphocystis, and finally, I've never seen Lymphocystis on engineer gobies before.

This is most likely fungal or bacterial. As mentioned, if you can get a clearer picture under white light, that would help us see it better.
