Hoping this isn't a pest

I'm hoping it's not one of the pest anemones. As far as I can tell they primarily come out when the whites are off and if I turn the whites back on most of them will quickly retreat. I've noticed quite a few scattered throughout the rock work. They are all on my old live rock that I transferred over from my 90g, but I never noticed them in the old tank. As far as I can tell none of them are on the dry rock I put in. Any idea what they are? Right now they are all very small.

Looks more like a feather duster than an anemone. If that's the case, then all good.

I vote feather dusters as well. I don't think an anemone would hide from your lights. Any anemone should expand to catch more light
