Horrible packing experience

This is what bad packing practices got me went from super excited to super bummed real quick can clearly see it was very wet everywhere.Sellers please use better packing process. This Seller said would rather refund 20 than send a replacement better then a goose egg i quess.

Bags were held together with rubber bands which are not water tight so they failed very poor care taken when packing seller offered $20 dollars to avoid having to send replacement all issues were caused by the very bad packing practices.
 
I communicated with this person at the time of the issue and they accepted a $20 refund for the loss of one frag.
Never ignored or responded back in a delayed manner, was prompt and upfront with the buyer, and I have the messages to prove it.

I really thought this issue was resolved, I mean isn’t that why he accepted the refund for the loss of one zoa?
 
Seller was not prompt with response as he was temporarily banned from r2r did not hear from him until several hrs after delivery also he even said he didn't want to ship a replacement because the doa is hard to keep so would probably die again instead offered 20 dollars yep better tgan nothing
 
Make sure you post the message where you tell i shouldbe happy with the deal and thru some names in as well

Not looking for anything just posted my experience with my first order on r2r didnt post anything that wasnt honest and only put a name on it because I was getting asked
 
I still responded to you via text, and explained that I had stuffed that box to the brim and when I added a freebie to the box, it was one bag too many and it pushed the structural integrity to the max so I offered to refund you money for that one frag that was lost.
The zoa that melted were mauls, they’re notorious for being melters.
You took the refund.
That was 2 months ago...
How am I supposed to know you were still unhappy if you don’t communicate with me?
 
As stated in the text refund was excepted because i was tired of going back and forth you made it clear you didn't want to ship another if the shie doesn't fit you dint wear it this post was made as a heads up to sellers about packing practices
 
As stated above was asked to put name when people see stuff like this they ask questions would you feel better if i removed the name?
 
No, I don’t think Joe is a bad guy.
People work hard for their money, and if they buy something with their hard earned money, they should be respected as a customer; and you as a seller should go above and beyond to make them happy.
This not only builds a good name for yourself, it puts a positive energy into this world and into this hobby.

I’m still not mad at Joe, quite the contrary...
I’m just confused, because this was the last communication I had with Joe and I thought we were cool?

Please post tge 3 text before these please lets be honest here there was a 5 day span with no reply and i had to ask you
 
When you accepted the $20 refund for the loss of the maul, I was under the impression that things were satisfactory.
I wish you would have pm’d, instead of sabotaging me and my posts?
You could of texted me as well...
I literally had no clue that you posted this thread a month ago until someone tagged me to this thread this morning
 
In the text i asked when a replacement would be arriving that's when you said you rather not and would rather refund 20 please post those texts so the way it went down is clear
 
I did, mods deleted it, against policy I believe.
They also deleted everyone’s posts as well...
For you to call me a bad seller, publicly, is just unfair.
You cannot accept a refund from someone and then disparage them.
Regardless, since this is playing out the way it is and you’re obviously unhappy months later...
What can I do, Joe?
 
Just to clear things up about removed posts. Outside comments are not allowed, feedback threads are for the parties involved only. We also do not allow for private corespondence (emails, texts, etc) to be posted.
