Horseshoe crab

Not to mention they walk miles everyday. So better left in the ocean.

I had one that disappeared in the sand bed for 5 months. I spatter feeding reef pearls and he came out. And swam around the tank bumping into the corals so I caught him and took him back. They prefer cooler waters than what we keep in our tanks so they are probably best left in the ocean. Sorry :)

I have a small one in my tank ( see my pic) it's a funny little creature. believe it or not I see him quite a bit. He sort of just cruses around the sand bed bumping into there rock. He is in a 220 gallon tank so there's plenty of sand and room for him. They do get quite large and I know I will be parting ways with him some day but we will enjoy him for now. 1 thing you need to know though is there blood contains copper so if you have coral that's something you have to keep in mind. I just keep an eye out for him everyday so that there is no question about him hurting anything in the tank if he dies. Hopefully that won't happen. Good luck
