Horticulture T5 fixture over frag tank

I'm setting up a 48x30x13 for 95% SPS. I run T5/kessil on my display and would like to run all T5 for now. Given that the tank is so shallow, I think I might be able to get by on a cheaper 8 bulb fixture like this:

Just wondered if anyone has any experience with these <$150 fixtures. I'd be swapping 4 of the 6500K out for 4 blue+ or maybe a mix of blue+ and actinic depending on where PAR is.

I have a buddy that uses that fixture. Sps look to be doing just fine
