Alright folks I have just set up my old 30litre biorb to keep a clownfish with a dusty covering over it, I have used my existing tank water as I done a water change and used the water I removed to fill the hospital tank, I have a heater and a filter which has a couple of small pieces of live rock from my main tank in it and the air stone that came with the biorb all running. I am planning on testing water every night and changing water wen required which will probably be every couple of days.
Is this an ok way of setting up a hospital tank ?? This is my first sick fish and would hate to think I am making things worse for him in the hospital tank ??
My other fish which are a yellow tang, lyretail anthias and rusty angel fish all seem to be ok, thought I could see a few spots on the tail and gills of the angel but they seem to be gone, so I have left them in the main tank, also tested water Params and they are fine aswell.
Thanks
