Can a clown fish and a condy anenome host each other?

Some cases (maroon clowns) yes but a condys are more likely to eat the clown

I did run a Condy tank with a big old Maroon. She and the Condys did fine together but I would not have used any other clown, to be honest.

The clown has been inseparatible from the condy for the last month or so. The condy doesn't close up around the clown at all. Hopefully the condy doesn't eat him.

NO - but the anemone can host the clown.

First it was my Domino damsel now it's the clown fish. The Domino gets in the condy every now and then we he notices the clown isn't in there. The condy is the only thing that calms down the Domino. He's such a bully. Bothers anything smaller than him except the clown. Might have to get rid of the Domino before he does some damage.

Amazing...I've not seen in a condy that looks like this ever. Looks more like a beautiful LTA.

I’ve had tomato, clarki and maroons all hosted by condy over the years.
The problem will be when the condy decides to move, it will kill other corals in its way.
Another thing I’ve found out is that a condy not only can get very large, but can also change color! A ‘giant’ pink or purple condy is beautiful!

That looks more like an LTA.

Interesting if you google 'condylactis' anemone - the picture shown matches a lot of the ones shown. Not saying it is or it isn't - but I cant tell from the picture shown whether it is or isnt. Also - looking at the pictures many of the condylactis anemones are hosting percales and other clowns....

That looks more like an LTA.

The tentacles are not that long. The condy is always opening and closing itself. Open all day and closes at night. The condy is more of a disc shape. Very, very round and alot bigger shown here.

This is more of a night picture and the condy moved around a bit. It's much larger than the pic shown here. I would say it's about 13 inches around.

From what I've read it's very rare to get a clown to take to a Condi.
Oddly when I bought my Condi there was a baby maroon clown hosted in it, so of course I bought him too.
