I got this anenome in a deal yesterday. It is hot neon pink even in natural sunlight. It this for real? The colors are very uniform and natural pattern.

Definitely a dyed Nem in my book. ive been to more than a couple wholesalers and some definitely dye some of their peices. Anemones, Bubble Coral, Euphyllia, Turbina, Colt, Finger coral, Plates, specifically Sebae Nems, etc etc. Heres a link to a Calfo WWW write up DyedCorals

I read the article yesterday. The colors on this one blend so naturally from pink to white. The dyed ones seem to be solid colors. Thanks for the link.

Well they dont keep their bright dyed color forever, so maybe just whats left is in the tentacles.

The pink fades very nice down to white at the base. Foot is a pale yellow/white.

I have had rose bubble tip nems that end up in filter socks for a while and turn that bright pink but then revert when they have been under good lighting for a while

It seems as if it is a bleached Rbta. I guess I will keep feeding and keep water parameters in check and see how it goes.
