hours of light for sps?

How many hours do you all feel is enough light for sps? Just wondering where everyone thinks at one point you are just wasting electricity and not benefiting the corals.

Depends on the intensity of the lighting.

I just switched from a 7 hour lighting period to a 10 hour at slightly lower lighting

My blues are on at 80% from 12-10 and my whites at 50% from 1-8.
