How’s algae barn with returns?

Got a jar of pods and there are maybe a handful swimming around the rest are on the bottom motionless

I'd take a video as best you can and call them in the morning.
I seriously doubt they do returns.
If you can show they are truely dead, there is a possibility of a refund.

I sent them 3 videos to their claims link on their site. Should have him just got them from lfs.....last time

They are really easy to deal with, I’ve had them leak before, arrived with not many swimming before, they took care of it. Easier if you take a photo

The same thing happened to me today. I ordered some Chaeto and the plastic container leaked inside the box, but the liquid was absorbed by the packing paper. The Chaeto looked healthy so I did not feel the need to complain.

mine was an order of pods.
they didn't look so good outside of the jar.

I placed an order of three 5280 copepods and three bottles of Ocean Magik with them on Friday, it arrived today. Unfortunately The box only contained the Ocean Magik. Like they completely forgot the second half of the order...lol. I called them and they put in a new order with a fourth bottle of copepods for free with no questions asked. Apologized and said they would expedite the shipping too. Great customer service in my opinion.

You should let them know, they need to fix the leaking problem.
