How’s my tank?

So I have a new tank. 6 weeks old and am loving all of it! Currently located in japan so there’s not much I can get my hands on. But the local lfs is very helpful! Any tips on how to make this better would be greatly appreciated. Also how can I add a refugium to this?

The first thing I would recommend is to see if you can get your hands on alot of copepods for your mandarin as they normall eat about 1000 a day. Hopefully he is eating whatever food you are feeding now. Then I would just give it time. Its still a very young system so i would let it relax and not add anything for awhile.
