How and what do you feed your fish?

Nice video. I am feeding Omega One Flake, NLS pellets, LRS, Mysis, enriched Brine and Nori alternating. Looking for new suggestions on dry foods and more herbivore focused frozen.

Frozen fish frenzy once every 2 weeks ...otherwise mix of all the nls pellets thera, marine formula and the algaemaxx . I've had real good success using nls for years so that's all I use

I only have a pair of Ocellaris Clownfish at the moment, but their diet consists mostly of dry foods. (NLS pellets and a variety of flake foods) I also use frozen foods like Emerald Entrée and Beef Heart, but these are only offered once every 10 days or so. Live black worms and live brine shrimp are used as well.
I've had these fish for about 8 years now and they spawn on a regular basis too.

1 cube of homemade frozen (shrimp, clam, mysis, flounder, nori and fish eggs) once a day, plus a couple pinches of quality I flake once a day. 75 g tank, stocked at pretty much capacity.

A blend of my homemade, LRF reef frenzy, mysis with vitamin M garlic oil reef nutrition oyster feast, R.O.E. Roti Feast. I feed .5 table spoon twice a day

Thats really good to hear :)

I used to do frozen and pellets but I've found frozen to be a pain, messy and I always left it out of the freezer.

Now I do pellets, freeze dried shrimp and nori.....my fish like them and there seems to be quite a bit more nutrition in these then in frozen. It's cheaper too....

I primarily feed all of my fish and reef a variety of frozen foods; exclusively the LRS Frenzy blends.
I feed the tanks after I get home from work, so it's usually a window from 4PM to 9PM. I thaw out a large chunk of the frozen food and add small portions periodically throughout the evening.
LRS Reef Frenzy is my favorite blend to feed the tanks. I alternate feedings with the LRS Fertility Frenzy; with occasional feedings of LRS Herbivore Frenzy and LRS Nano Frenzy.

A couple of times a week, I will supplement a sheet of nori for the tangs, rabbitfish and angelfish.

I don't like feeding flakes or pellets. I prefer to feed my fish fresh foods.

Since I've started feeding my tanks the LRS Frenzy blends, many of my fish pairs have spawned.
It looks like my Percula Clownfish are about to lay another clutch of eggs tonight. The Bangaii Cardinalfish male is currently brooding a mouthful of eggs. My Masked Gobies and Wheeler's Gobies display courtship behavior. And just last week, I witnessed my Lyretail Anthias spawn in my 120gal reef tank; I caught that on video.

I always look forward to your videos. I feed mine pellets (NLS) and a mix of frozen food (well rinsed) that is soaked in Selcon and vitamins. Everybody is fat and happy!
