How are my parameters

just lost my yellow tang and want to make sure I don't look anything else. Tested water and here are my results any thing really bad and how to fix it if so.

Nitrate - is raised to 30
Phosphate is 2.0
Calcium - 450
KH carbonate hardness is 200

What did it die of? Symptoms?

I don't think any of those values caused its death.

Sorry to hear, how about Ammonia, Nitrite, Salinity and temp? These are far more crucial parameters when dealing with a loss

I don't think any of those values caused its death.

No symptoms, I found him laying on his side this morning, breathing fast, last night it ate so I was rather surprised

There were no marks on his body or any sign of disease and the gills were nice and clear
