I have been dosing BRS calcium and just switched to Red Sea. I have a 125 RR with a Emerald 34 sump. After testing and addding Ca then testing again, I used the BRS calculator to find that using 89gal was the total system water volume. After being away from my tank I tested and my Ca was at 393. I added 25ml of the Red Sea and now my Ca is at 467. Based on my math, 25 ml should have raised my Ca to 407. I waited 15 min before testing. I will test again later but if the number holds true how bad will things get? I have a mixed reef.
