How bad i messed up?

I rinsed my hanna cuvette few times with rodi, and then i rinsded the vial afterwards few time in the tank’s water. And pulled 10ml. Did i introduce any chemicals inside the tank?

Not any that I would worry about!

If you rinsed it a few times before putting it into the tank, you likely diluted any chemical that was in the tube to such an extent as to be negligible.
