How best to dose Trace colors?

I am dosing Red Sea trace colors (ABCD) into my sump return section (180G DT/36G sump). I dose about 3ml of each element every other day based on Calcium usage....probably a little low but playing it safe. I typically dose 3ml of one element, wait about a minute or two, then dose the next element. Are there any adverse reactions by dosing the elements this close together or can I dose them one right after another (not wait a minute or two) into the return section?

Second question, where do you recommend I dose? Return section or directly into the DT?

I have a total volume of water around 130G. I dose ABCD as well directly into my return section of the sump. Every other day, i pour 5ml of each into the same cup and dump into the sump. This works just fine for me, prior i would do what you did but never waited, just dumped one in at a time and realized why not just do all at once? It's been over a year doing it this way. So yeah, return section in my opinion so you get it to come out the return pump evenly.

Thanks! How often do you do WCs? Have you noticed a difference with dosing the trace elements?

As long as the concentrated clouds do not encounter each other or living organisms before substantial dilution, it doesn’t matter too much how or where you add it.
