30 gallon reef going to a 10 gallon sump. How big do I want the hole to be? I'm thinking around half an inch to an inch?

Bigger is always better there's no reason you can't go 3/4 to 1 inch. The drain pipe on my 300 gallon per hour hang on the back overflow was one inch.30 gallon reef going to a 10 gallon sump. How big do I want the hole to be? I'm thinking around half an inch to an inch?
Check with your local fish store, sometimes they'll drill it for you or know where to go to get it done.Alright, I'll try to find someone to drill it, I'm not really sure how and don't want to buy all the bits to do it and maybe crack the tank.
