You can use a pair of tweezers and pick off all the GHA by hand. It will take a while but that is the most effective way to clean it out without resorting to chemical treatments.

Is the rest of the tank as heavily loaded with the GHA? If it is, I would go with FluxRx to get rid of it.

As Jedi said, manual removal and a turkey baster will be most useful. Are you direct feeding the zoas? If so, I would stop. Since the typically like lower flow they can’t rid themselves of excess food/debris.

Manual removal is going to help. Wear gloves, mask, and eye protection - palytoxin isn’t fun.
What is your cuc like in the tank? Hermit crabs, an emerald crab (might rip up the zoas), and snails (I like astreas) do wonders for it but you still have to do the heavy lifting of manual removal.

Buy a top crown snails and place it on or near the place of the coral.

Thx for all the info guys actually helps and yes i think i copped a bit of toxin on my hand as my skin was burning haha. Umm idk why but its only the zoa and i do direct feed him so mabey it is that.

Dip the zoa in hydrogen peroxide, 5 minutes will kill the GHA. Have done it several times to different zoas with no Ill effect. GHA will be gone within a day or so
