How can i clear my water up?

What's stirring up your substrate? The water looks much like it did in mine when I had a sand-sifting goby in there. What type of sand do you have?
If you have upgraded your pump, it might be directing too much flow at your substrate. I'd play around with the nozzles so that it doesn't direct downward as much.
If you have a PS/2 skimmer, note that it needs to be cleaned quite frequently or else it tends to send too many particles into the water column.
What are you doing with your surface skimmer? Is it set to the appropriate level?
