How can i help this zoantis polyp to survive

So I have about 20 different zoas in my system about 15 of them are in my display tank all doing/growing ok. 4 others in my frag tank including this one I'm asking about. He has being shrieked for about a month now. Here and there I have seeing him being opened up slitly. Now the frag plug grew some algae around zoa. He is in about 100par with minimal flow.

Maybe try it in your DT and see if it does better there.
