I just saw my torch is it problem because my Phosphate is low?

I just check my water and Phosphate is 0

I run skimmer, chaeto, carbon bag and bio ball

How can i raise phosphate to 0.03 plz?

You can buy phosphate in a bottle to manually dose it. However i am no expert on corals and cant recommend wether or not this will help. Just know you can buy it from literally any fish store.

What are your other parameters? Also have you changed anything, like lighting or flow?

How old is the tank? Is it a new coral? We will need some more info to help you go on the right path, I could be as simple as feeding more to help raise.

I just moved this tank to new house, that torch just came in my tank couple days ago,but it full open really fast and long tentacles, its gold aussie

I try to keep my alk 8.5 to 9 or up i dont have sps,i have only lps and softcorals so,just wonder why it has white tentacles :(

What are your Nitrates? If they are also low don’t run your skimmer all day turn it off for 8 hours a day.

Turn off the skimmer for a couple hours everyday. That would be a cheap and easy fix instead of dosing something else.

You could add phosphates with Brightwell Aquatics Neophos.

Or you can make your own for far less $$$. I use trisodium phosphate. I get an analytical grade reagent from Eisen-Golden laboratories for not that much. I add 2 tablespoons of the phosphate salt to 1 gallon of RODI for a stock solution. I get about .03 ppm with about 2 tablespoons of my stock solution into 300 gallons starting at 0 ppm. Whether you want to fool around with diy depends on your usage.

Cause i dont have fish in my tank atm only corals
