How can I raise phosphate? Just feed more?

I received my triton tests a few weeks ago and my phosphorus and P04 levels were 0. I've been having some fading / stn issues for a while and i want to raise these levels a bit. I've been feeding fairly heavily since I got the results and i don't carbon dose or run gfo at the moment. My ULR Hanna phosphorous and p04 meters still show 0.

20ppm. I have been doing 30 gallon waterchanges every week on my 120 gallon for over 2 months. Sometimes I do 2 waterchanges on the weekends. Nitrates were over 50ppm 2 months ago but having trouble knocking them down.

You can feed more, dose phosphate directly, or export less.

Do you have any export methods running now?

Just waterchanges and a big ole skimmer. I'm pretty sure that the high nitrate was caused by feeding heavily and my skimmer not working correctly and being undersized. I upgraded to a larger skimmer. I don't have a refugium or run any phosphate removers.

Some folks are dosing phosphate and that might be the easiest way. There are a number of aquarium products as well as food grade sodium phosphate (via goggle shopping).
