I really like the idea of suspended rocks . And a straight wall .
how did you do it ?
anything special needed ?

As a beginner, my high point in the tank has proven to be a little troublesome. It gets a ton of light compared to other areas of the tank. What flow is like on and around it can be something to consider too. Most corals seem to enjoy that "mid-tank" area in terms of lighting and flow. Just about anything can be acclimated to that area, but it will take some patience and effort. Basically, it can be a little limiting and once it's in place there's no turning back. I'd think carefully about what you might want up there now.

I would be okay with just rock at the surface and corals filling in around it. I have my rocks in tank now and I feel like I have good spots for fish and corals, so... we will see how it goes!
