just wont to ask how accurate the graph readings are on apex because iv just added 63ml of red sea b alkalinity and on dashboard graph is still dropping in PH but next to graph the ph number has gone up to 8.08 when graph is saying 7.86 ?

the ph probe does reed little low for me anyways

The number will register the current pH before the graph updates.
pH should be accurate, assuming that the probe has been calibrated properly not too long ago.
Also where the probe is positioned will determine how it reacts to additives;
it shouldn't be close to where you add chemicals, especially not immediately downstream.
