How did this happen

So I have my tank at the salinity of 35.0ppt and I use Red Sea salt I’m trying to add sps corals and so but don’t want to do it when my calcium is 520 and magnesium at 1500 how could this happen it makes no since to me

Don’t think those values will have a bad effect on sps as long as they are stable. Test your levels after you have mixed water for a WC.

whats your alk and ph? in tank and in NSW. regular red sea or pro salt?
